General Reservation and Cancellation Policy

General Reservations for 1 to 4 rooms:

This reservation type excludes special weekends or events as indicated below. For the reservation to be guaranteed, it must be confirmed with either a valid credit card or a cash deposit or the total stay with a security deposit (which will be returned to the client upon check-out). The minimum payment must equal at least one night stay for the number of rooms reserved. A reservation confirmation number will follow your reservation via the e-mail provided at the time of reservation. The cancellation limit is set to 48 hours prior to check-in time, which is set to 3:00 pm of arrival date. No-shows or cancellations, which occur within the 48-hour time limit, will be automatically charged the minimum of one night stay for all rooms reserved on the credit card which was used to guarantee the reservation.

Group reservations for 5 rooms or more:

Reservations for groups of 5 rooms or more must be confirmed with a valid credit card. They may also be confirmed with an equivalent cash payment to our offices, which is equal to at least one night charge for all rooms with a security deposit (which will be returned to the client upon check-out). The cancellation limit for this type of reservation is set to 7 days prior to check-in time. No-shows or cancellations for any number of rooms, which occur within this set limit, will automatically be charged a minimum of one night stay for all cancelled rooms on the credit card which was used to guarantee the reservation.

Special Event Reservations:

Reservations made for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, National Holidays and so on, must be confirmed with an initial deposit equal to a 20% deposit of the stay. This amount may be debited from a valid credit card or deposited cash at our offices with a security deposit (for incidentals which will be returned to the client upon check-out). The balance is due 5 days prior to arrival date and will be charged on the credit card. If not confirmed with credit card, the balance must be paid using cash. If the balance is not paid in a timely fashion, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and withhold all advance payments. In the event of a cancellation within 5 days of arrival date, all advance payments are non-reimbursable.

Unconfirmed Reservations: An un-confirmed reservation, which does not follow the above guidelines, may be cancelled at any time at management’s discretion.
